One Size Does Not Fit All

Here at Fitness 1440 we understand that you are an individual.  No one class is a perfect fit for all members so this is why having variety is so important!  Our members have a wide selection of classes to choose from.  Here is a sample of what you can expect at our clubs:


Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about.  It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.


Cycling enthusiasts already know how effective these classes are in torching fat!  Our classes are designed to allow first time participants to enjoy the same benefits.  Classes are typically one hour in duration with our certified instructors guiding you every step of the way.

Private Boot Camps

Private boot camps work a lot like our traditional boot camp programs, but in smaller group settings.  You can customize your private camp by selecting the number of sessions as well as times that are convenient for you.  So, gather a group of friends, family or coworkers together and get started today!


Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance.  It is also good for relieving stress and promoting relaxation.  Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years.  As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe.”
