  • Yoga WorkoutVinyasa style yoga class, built off sun salutations, linking breath to movement through a series of dynamic and often challenging, yoga postures. This class aims to increase your flexibility and balance and strengthen core muscles of the lower back and abdominal. Some level of fitness or prior yoga experience is recommended, though, modifications are offered, suiting most all levels of ability. The ultimate class of focus and self-awareness! with Lili 9:30 am to 10:30 am
  • Pilates FusionPilates Fusion is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a Pilates Fusion class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next! This class will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another. It’s unique, mainstream and fun!! with Lili 4:20 pm to 4:50 pm
  • COREThis CORE class works more than just your abs! It targets your entire torso, including back, glutes and core muscles.   • Silver SneakersHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. TheSilver Sneakers Fitness program is an innovative program offered to members that are a group retiree, or part of a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Health plan, you may already have a Silver Sneakers membership. Take this group exercise class taught by instructors trained specifically in senior fitness. with Michelle 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Collision CourseTake your cardio and strength workout to the next level!  This fun class blends boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, HIIT, body weight resistance, free weights, and HIGH 5's!  This class will help you torch those calories and leaving with a sweaty smile! with RobRob's fitness journey began in 2007, arriving in Lebanon from Connecticut and joining the club that is now Fitness 1440. He is a big believer in the benefits of Group Exercise classes and certified to teach cardio kickboxing in 2010 and weight-based strength training the following year.  His favorite aspect of fitness instruction is getting to witness member's growth toward their fitness goals.Rob 4:20 pm to 5:10 pm

In MixxedFit®, we work out to our favorite songs on the radio , then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging! Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. That way you can focus on getting lost in the music, rather than having to follow complicated dance steps.
