Members enjoy panoramic views from the cardio equipment, including: treadmills, ellipticals, climbers, rowers, and Arc Trainers. The gym has a broad range of traditional free weights, Hammer Strength machines and Precor circuit equipment. Spin, Yoga, and Heart Rate Monitored Group Fitness Classes will be available to members in the Group Fitness Room, which boasts new hardwood flooring. There is also a new Functional Strength Training Zone featuring: Rogue Monster Rig, Ohio bars, bumper plates, kettle bells, medicine balls, slam balls and a turf run with weighted sled.

Starting October 10th, we’ll be offering Spin, Yoga, and Pilates classes throughout the week. We’ll also have Target 24 classes, which are 24 minute group circuit training classes. These classes, lead by personal trainers, you can choose to wear a heart rate monitor and watch your readings on a screen in the Group Fitness Room. It’s fun, it’s fast, and it works.
Enthusiasts know how effective these classes are in torching fat! Our classes are designed to allow first time participants to enjoy the same benefits. Classes are typically one hour long with our certified instructors guiding the entire time.
