The story of Fitness 1440TM began in 2003. I had just started my journey into the fitness business with a franchise company. Soon after I had started with this company I realized that they were either unwilling or unable to offer much in terms of support. Having no experience in the business I was forced to make many mistakes along the way, some being very costly. At that time I came to a realization that one day I would start a franchise system that truly gave priority to the needs of its franchisees and the communities they served. We have based our entire system on the premise of giving more than we take. As it stands our story has just begun and we hope that you will become part of it.
