-Get HIIT: A high intensity interval training class focusing on stamina and fat burning (Starts March 8th 6:45PM)

-BootCamp: A variety class for everyone to work at their own level with a structured routine and instruction (Starts March 3rd 9AM)

Join Cheryl Healy as she brings Barre back:

-Barre Above: A ballet inspired class focusing on core balance and flexibility (March 17th 10AM)

And help Stef Murray launch her newest class:

-Dancersize: Dance your way to a better healthier you! (March 29th 5:30PM)
