Chair Mobility <\/strong>increases the range of motion and movement of joints with 30 minutes low-impact chair-based classes.<\/p>\n

Michelle Pardini <\/strong>is our energetic Kickboxing <\/strong>instructor.\u00a0 She mixes drills, combinations, strength and flexibility with a huge cardio burn.\u00a0 Her class uses weights, mats and other equipment to keep things fun.<\/p>\n

Amber Fox <\/strong>brings Vinyasa to Yoga <\/strong>which focuses on moving with your breath while increasing balance and strength.<\/p>\n

James Carbone<\/strong> instructs Tabata, <\/strong>short 20 second bursts of exercise with light weights for a full body workout in 55 minutes.<\/p>\n

This & That, <\/strong>the class that performs true to it\u2019s name.\u00a0 Strength, cardio, weights, calisthenics, flexibility and a whole lot of fun!<\/p>\n
