Monday

  • BODYPUMPLooking to get lean and toned and fit fast? BODYPUMP is the class for you! You’ll get a full body workout using light to moderate weights and lots of repetition. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation with great music.  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated                          and ready for more. with Dawn 9:15 am to 10:15 am
  • *XGTXGT is a new age approach to achieving amazing fitness results in a motivational group setting. You'll receive expert coaching by a personal trainer and a variety workouts each week to challenge and change your body. Heart rate and calories burned are tracked in real time on our TV screen. Program can be modified for all fitness levels.*requires XGT membership with Sierra 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Tuesday

  • BODY 360This class is full of slower, intentional movements that target your most neglected body parts. Be prepared to utilize a variety of equipment          including exercise balls, mats and weights! with Crystal 8:00 am to 9:15 am

You'll receive expert coaching by a personal trainer and a variety workouts each week to challenge and change your body. Heart rate and calories burned are tracked in real time on our TV screen.   • SPINPedal, pedal, pedal! Our instructors will push you through uphill muscle burning sprints and test your endurance in this 55 minute class. Improve your cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance. You’ll feel the burn but come back for more. with Sierra 12:05 pm to 1:05 pm
  • TARGET:24Power through a 24 minute workout routine led by a personal trainer.  The 12 station rotation is repeated twice doing 1 minute of work followed by 30 seconds of rest.  A heart rate monitor will keep you in your target calorie burning zone. with Jessy 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm
  • ZUMBAWe take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party.  Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. with Perla 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Wednesday

  • YOGA/VINYASA YOGAYoga uses slow movements and stretching to increase flexibility, balance and strength. It’s great for stress relief and promoting relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles in the United States. This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. with Nancy 9:15 am to 10:15 am

  • SPIN AND COREThe perfect combo of cycling, core work and stretching! Classes will begin with a fun and energizing 40 minute ride, followed by a round of  challenging core exercise and a much deserved stretch. with Sue 8:00 am to 9:00 am
