  • Tabata HIITThis fast-paced class using the tabata training protocol along with other high intensity interval training methods to torch fat at an extremely fast rate. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to lose fat quickly, increase cardiovascular endurance, or someone who doesn't have a ton of time to spend in the gym! with Staff 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm
