  • ZumbaUses a fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. The routine features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a “feel happy” workout! with Various Instructors 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm Free for members. $5 walk-in fee for non-members.

  • KettleBell OrientationSmall group instruction to prepare you for that first kettlebell class. Highly recommended for first time Kettlebellers. Safety precautions, grip fundamentals and Kettlebell Swings will be covered. Sign-up required. with Various Instructors 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm Orientation is required to participate in Kettlebell classes.
  • Kettelbell Level 1Small group instruction to prepare you for that first kettlebell class. Highly recommended for first time Kettlebellers. Safety precautions, grip fundamentals and Kettlebell Swings will be covered. Sign-up required. (3 levels) – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes (30 minute classes each).
