As a former Marine, my dedication to fitness runs deep. While I’ve been committed to workouts throughout my adult life, my true passion ignited in 2005 when I began teaching cycle. This enthusiasm expanded into group fitness, where I excel in fostering community and igniting others’ fitness passions. Holding certifications from Schwinn Cycle, power cycle, AAAI-ISMA Group fitness, and American Red Cross CPR\/AED\/First Aid, I’m devoted to ensuring a safe and motivating environment for all.<\/p>\n

With over 35 years in the Fitness Industry, Peggy Hayes is a seasoned professional with a diverse athletic background, from ice skating to bodybuilding, where she achieved notable victories including at the NPC Nationals at 51. Her commitment extends to her professional endeavors, showcasing expertise in areas like post-surgery weight management, personal training, and sports-specific conditioning. A trailblazer in Fredericksburg, VA, she introduced Personal Training and Spinning, even co-managing a fitness studio. After serving as Wellness Director in Jacksonville, FL, Peggy returned to Fredericksburg, emphasizing a holistic approach to health, working with a spectrum of clients from high school athletes to those recovering from injuries. Her motto, \u201cClear Your Mind of Can\u2019t\u201d, resonates in her energetic training sessions, driving diverse clients towards their health and fitness aspirations with tailored and effective plans.<\/p>\n
