Each workout challenges you with movements like sled pushes, rowing, running, and wall balls — all designed to build real athletic performance. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want to push your limits alongside an incredible community, these classes deliver results and camaraderie in every session.

Rock Steady

Rock Steady Boxing classes are specially designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, using non-contact boxing drills to improve strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Each session blends boxing fundamentals with functional fitness exercises in a safe, supportive environment. The program empowers participants to fight back against Parkinson’s — physically and mentally — while building community and resilience through movement.
