This is December 2016 to August 2017 pictures and I&#8217;m still working! I&#8217;ve lost 35.6 pounds and have 12 more pounds to go.<\/p>\n<p>I was a tired 68 year old woman when I came to the gym and from owner to all the staff I have felt comfortable and very welcome. I was introduced to my trainer Mykee who helped me adjust my macros and set up a training program for me which included two personal training sessions a week and three group personal training sessions a week!\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_814045956\"><span class=\"aQJ\">In ten weeks<\/span><\/span>\u00a0I dropped 22 pounds. My waist size has dropped, and I started seeing results in my chest, legs and arms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">When I tested for the Alabama department of Corrections I had to run a mile and a half in\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_814045957\"><span class=\"aQJ\">15:22<\/span><\/span>. I ran the course in\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_814045958\"><span class=\"aQJ\">12:22<\/span><\/span>, knocked out the push ups and sit ups like it was child&#8217;s play, and got some praise from the instructors once the test was finished. I&#8217;m 49 years old and I feel great! It&#8217;s because of the training program Mykee established for me. My husband has been a member of this gym for 20+ years staying in shape and I wanted to make a change for myself. I started at 234 lbs. going into size 22 and I decided that I didn\u2019t want to be this size and through my husband I joined the gym.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m now down to 185 lbs. wearing a size 8, it feels wonderful to know you are a part of something special here at FITNESS:1440. I started out with Zumba with Tiffany as the night instructor, then a year later I started Bootcamp with Bridgette and they have helped me make a major difference in my life and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I was introduced to my trainer Mykee who helped me adjust my macros and set up a training program for me which included two personal training sessions a week and three group personal training sessions a week! In ten weeks I dropped 22 pounds. My waist size has dropped, and I started seeing results in my chest, legs and arms.<\/p>\n<p>When I tested for the Alabama department of Corrections I had to run a mile and a half in 15:22.
