I am a certified Group Exercise Instructor with many years experience. I love to teach and motivate my participants to do the best that they can in class and help them succeed at their fitness goals. I currently teach RIP and Step Blast.
RIP \u2013 is a 60 minute barbell program for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.<\/p>\n

Step Blast \u2013 is a great cardio workout for all fitness levels using an aerobic step with or without risers, giving you a total body workout.<\/p>\n
