Sunday

  • Get Zen with JeffJeff has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and has been teaching in the Atlanta area at a variety of gyms and yoga studios for more than 3 years. A lifelong competitive runner, Jeff tried a yoga class to help with his running and racing and was quickly hooked on the benefits of improving his balance, breathing and flexibility. His classes are appropriate for all levels- beginner to advanced and always include deep stretching, yoga flows and a little balance to leave you feeling great for the rest of the day- a perfect way to start your Sunday morning. Jeff’s class has been described as fun, loose and relaxed – with plenty of help and encouragement. Jeff’s an Atlanta native and is a Global Vice President for a major real-estate firm. When he’s not in a yoga class he’s out running or on the golf course. 10:00 am to 11:00 am

  • ZumbaA one-hour dance class – part rumba, part salsa, ALL fun! Rhythm not required. ZUMBA is a Latin inspired cardio fitness class that incorporates traditional Latin and international dance moves into a high energy aerobic workout. Gym membership not required! with Laura 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

  • GET LEANGET LEANis the most innovative functional training program developed that can help you burn up to 800 calories an hour.  With over 200 different exercises to choose from, your FitPro trainer will select 12-15 for the group to participate in over a 45-minute period which will provide you an overall body workout. HEAT can be modified so that members of all fitness levels can experience the benefit of doing the program. with Al 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Tuesday

  • Get Strongstrength training using body weight movements, light weights, and occasionally the bar with Julie 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Sliver Sneakers ClassicSilverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement core class. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. with Bobbie 10:00 am to 11:00 am
