Graduated from Point Park University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Business Management. She is certified through AFAA and has been a group fitness instructor for seven years. She teaches various formats including: RIP, PIYO, RIPPED, TRX, REVolution, PowerStep, BOOT, WAR, Barre, BodyFlow, BodyJam, and Sh\u2019Bam. It has been most rewarding to me to inspire others increase their fitness levels while having a more positive outlook on life and the way they look and feel.<\/p>\n

RIPPED:<\/strong>
This total body, moderate to high intensity style program, utilizing weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D \u2013 Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance as the workout portion. The deliberate combination of RIPPED elements and how they are precisely organized in the class format provide the basis for the One Stop Body Shock System by stimulating both, different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment, changing the focus and activities every 6 to 9 minutes. It\u2019s the combination that drives up your endurance and gets your body moving. All levels welcome.<\/p>\n

RIP:<\/strong>
A 60 min barbell program for able bodied men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
