We are pleased to offer individualized personal training and nutritional support programs to our members. We understand that each client has different goals and means which is why we do not believe in cookie cutter training or nutrition programs. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, athletic performance or increasing strength we will develop a program that fits your goals.

Results speak volumes and our trainers will work around any instabilities or injuries that you may have to achieve them. Our staff is comprised of nationally accredited certified personal trainers and nutritionists. We pride ourselves on building stronger bodies and challenge our clients to get outside of their comfort zone and push past their “safe zones” to realize how strong they truly are. We offer 1:1, 2:1 and small group personal training sessions (1440Function) to focus on getting you comfortable in the gym, around the weights and in classes to maximize your results.
