My name is David Torres Jr., as a trainer at Fitness 1440 Palm Springs location. I am very excited to share my knowledge and passion of fitness with current and future members. My goal as a personal trainer is to provide a fun and effective way to improve the overall quality of life for every one of my clients. I believe all of life’s challenges, are opportunities for growth. With your determination and my motivation we can achieve your personal goals, whether they are building core strength and cardiovascular endurance or simply focusing on nutrition and weight management, it all starts here!

  • TRX Golf Fitness, I have 5 years golf fitness experience. Golf is a sport that challenges your body in many different ways. TRX allow golfers to train in a similar position to their golf stance and work the correct muscles. Adding strength, flexibility and correct posture is critical to a great golf game.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I currently have certifications in Fitness Nutrition, Integrated Core Training, and MMA Conditioning. I have a passion for helping others and brining out the best in people. I believe we are all capable of being great! My goal is to use my knowledge to bring out the best in my clients and help them reach goals they didn’t think they were capable of by preparing workouts routines tailored to their specific goals.
