Monday

  • Fifty FiftySmall group circuit training using various techniques and equipment to strengthen the entire body. The class is a combination of Tabata, circuits or interval training using your own body weight or equipment such as Kettle bells, Bosu, TRX suspension straps, etc. Class will incorporate cardio and core work. Athletic shoes required with Kari 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Club Zumba with ​Debi​ 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Tuesday

  • VinYasa Yoga with Miranda 9:15 am to 10:15 am
  • TRXBuild muscle and support a healthy body with this essential TRX strength workout. Get your blood pumping with this circuit class that will utilize other equipment along with the suspension trainers to obtain maximum anaerobic results. There will be sweat. You'll work your entire body and challenge your core. with Kari 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • ZumbaA Latin inspired dance/ fitness class that incorporates a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, fun, and effective fitness system. The program is designed to help people of all fitness levels tone and sculpt their bodies. with ​Debi​ 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • POUNDA full body cardio jam session, combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The workout fuses Pilates, Isometric movements, plyometric and yoga based poses into a 45 min-1 hour series. Burn calories, strengthen and sculpt your body while drumming your way to a new you. with ​Debi​ 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Wednesday

  • Yoga Vin/Yin with Zia 9:15 am to 10:15 am
  • InsanityA cardio based, athletic style workout that combines some of the best HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength moves. Each high intensity workout is packed with cardio, plyometrics, and your own body weight strength moves, that will help you get lean, strong, and fit fast! There are modifications for every fitness level. Every class will help you improve your strength, agility, and endurance. with Delilah 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Thursday
