Monday

  • Yoga with Maria 9:15 am to 10:15 am
  • Fifty FiftySmall group circuit training using various techniques and equipment to strengthen the entire body. The class is a combination of Tabata, circuits or interval training using your own body weight or equipment such as Kettle bells, Bosu, TRX suspension straps, etc. Class will incorporate cardio and core work. Athletic shoes required with Kari 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Barre with Amelia 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

  • Yoga Vin/Yin with Maria 9:15 am to 10:15 am

  • ZumbaA Latin inspired dance/ fitness class that incorporates a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, fun, and effective fitness system. The program is designed to help people of all fitness levels tone and sculpt their bodies. with Wendy 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
