Class Descriptions
Cardio Kickboxing– A multilevel cardio class that packs a punch! Non-contact kickboxing sequences are combined with athletic drills and HIIT for an intense workout. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Beginner friendly, no kickboxing or martial arts experience required.
Cycle– Boring cardio no more… Join us in this super fun Spin Bike Class! Infused with exercises on and off the bikes, all designed to get your heart pumping with high and low-intensity bursts. Your heart rate will be tracked using our Fitmetrix System allowing you to get the best performance for an optimal heart healthy workout while revving up the fat burning!
Pilates– Low impact exercises and stretches designed to improve core strength, build flexibility, and to sculpt lean defined muscles.
Senior Stretch & Tone (Silver Sneakers® Classic )– This is a strength and flexibility class. Some aerobics, lots of stretching, and balance work, a chair is used for support. We have fun, laugh and make new friends.
STRONG by Zumba® -Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to music to match every single move. You will burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs, glutes and your body will burn calories long after your workout!
S.W.E.A.T.- Strength.Weights.Endurance.Active.Training. Personalized group training class that is open to all fitness levels. Workouts change daily and can be modified to each individual. Achieve full-body fitness in this fun, energetic class while being encouraged and motivated by our amazing instructors!
Yoga– Combines gentle poses and slower paced flows with a focus on improving your strength, flexibility and balance. You’ll have various options for modifications to make your practice more accessible while receiving the potential benefits of yoga.
Zumba– For everybody and every body, Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check! Super fun? Check and check!
Zumba Step– For those looking to feel the burn! This class combines the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings. Increase cardio and calorie burning while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs. All levels welcome!
