Barre- Combination of Pilates core and strengthening with a ballet barre emphasis. Working toward a long, lean physique. Bethany
Cycle- Boring cardio no more! Join us in this super fun Spin class! Infused with exercises on and off the bikes, all designed to get your heart pumping with high and low intensity bursts. An optimal heart healthy workout while revving up the fat burning! Samantha
HIIT- This fun, energetic, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout! Interval based exercises combine full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve endurance. Stacy
Level Up for Seniors- A level above our Senior Stretch & Tone, this class is designed to cater to the unique needs of older adults with a focus on improving muscular strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The functional training techniques utilized will mimic everyday movements and activities, effectively enhancing functional fitness and mobility. Kris
Non-Impact Aerobics- An invitation to connect, stretch, move, dance & integrate non-impact aerobics. Best of all it doesn’t even feel like exercise-it just feels good. Kim & Jori
Pilates- Low impact exercises and stretches designed to improve core strength, build flexibility and to sculpt lean defined muscles. Bethany
Power Up-Start your day off with a full body workout using a combination of methods that can easily be modified to accommodate different fitness abilities. Workouts are designed to challenge muscles in all planes of motion using methods such as tabata and timed intervals while incorporating weighted and body weighted exercises. 50 min. Kris
Senior Stretch & Tone- Strength and flexibility class. Some aerobics, lots of stretching and balance work, a chair is used for support. We have fun, laugh and make new friends! Bethany & Kris
STRONG by Zumba® -Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music to match every single move. You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, glutes and your body will burn calories long after your workout! Lenny
S.W.E.A.T.- Strength.Weights.Endurance.Active.Training. Open to all fitness levels. Workouts change daily and can be modified to each individual. Achieve full body fitness in this fun, energetic class while being encouraged and motivated by our amazing instructors! Kris
Yoga- Restore & Recover Unwind and recharge with this calming, slower paced class. We’ll focus on intentional breathing, gentle movement and longer holds to help you relax, rest and recover. 50 min. Tara
Yoga- Strength & Balance Designed to build strength, balance and control. A more moderate paced flow with mindful movement to stay engaged and maybe even break a little sweat. 60 min.Tara
Zumba- For every body, Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise! Stacy
