Haley Crozier
Fitness Manager
Haley, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, believes that movement, nutrition, and mental health are key components of overall wellness and longevity. Her training programs incorporate strength training, heart rate training, flexibility, mobility, and balance into functional workouts that help clients feel their best both in and out of the gym. She enjoys connecting with and helping clients improve their quality of life.
Haley combines her passion for fitness and nutrition with her background in Mental Health Counseling to connect with clients in ways that work best for them, as every client is unique and has different goals.
Haley, an outdoor lover, enjoys adventuring, hiking, running, skiing, and mostly anything active! She loves sunshine and being in the mountains and hanging out with her 9 year old daughter.
Helen Wilkins

Hi! My name is Helen and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I believe that movement and health are gifts that we need to preserve through activity and healthy and sustainable food choices. My personal motto is to be grateful for movement. With movement comes freedom. Freedom to enjoy life and continue to participate in activities.
I am a mom and wife. I enjoy being outside, reading and baking. My love of movement started with gymnastics as a child. I have coached children through young adults in sports. I have a background in special education, working with both children and adults with differing physical and cognitive abilities. I find joy in supporting all people as they work towards their goals.
I would love to partner with you on your health and wellness journey to support your physical and mental health and the gift of movement.
Ben Hamre
Personal Trainer
Ben is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist who believes that improving general fitness and eating habits leads to a much more fulfilling and comfortable life. Ben focuses on strength training, teaching realistic and maintainable eating habits, and improving general fitness and mobility by planning challenging workouts while teaching proper form and intensity guidelines.
As a lifelong athlete doing everything from long distance running to powerlifting and bodybuilding, Ben is experienced in planning workouts for people no matter their goals, whether it is simply to lose weight and improve general fitness and mobility, train for a marathon, or even prepare for a powerlifting competition
