Everything about our fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best. In MixxedFit®, we work out to our favorite songs on the radio , then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging! Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. That way you can focus on getting lost in the music, rather than having to follow complicated dance steps. Whether you are nine or ninety-nine, the next Beyonce’ or have been sitting on your couch the last ten years — MixxedFit® is the place for you! with LeahLeah Leah is a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, and Mixxedfit Instructor.   • Top Gun"Every class has an energy that’s created” Top Gun is our newest class that fuels off of positive energy! Great music, Barbells, Abs, Cardio, Body Resistance, Balance, and Strength Endurance! Need modifications? Just let the instructor know. This is an all skills level class! with Brady Brady is a Certified Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and Front Desk assistant. Brady's fitness journey began when he started working with a Personal Trainer when he was 12 years old. Brady also grew up a three sport athlete (Football, Basketball, Track) He has also battled through major sports injuries; shoulder surgery on each shoulder, ACL surgery in his left knee and many more. These major injuries made him even more focused on his physical health. Brady has now found a new love for fitness and nutrition. Being a 2016 graduate from Lebanon High School, Brady is a young and very motivated trainer with lots of weight room/athlete experience. Brady's number one focus is to help meet your fitness goals. Outside of the gym, Brady is a part time student at LBCC. Because of Brady's motivation to be successful at his career, he rarely has free time. During the little free time he has; Brady enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, video games, and fun road trips with friends. Brady is very exited to begin or continue your fitness journey with you, so he can help you be the best version of yourself that you can be! 8:30 am to 9:20 am
  • YogaVinyasa style yoga class, built off sun salutations, linking breath to movement through a series of dynamic and often challenging, yoga postures. This class aims to increase your flexibility and balance and strengthen core muscles of the lower back and abdominal. Some level of fitness or prior yoga experience is recommended, though, modifications are offered, suiting most all levels of ability. The ultimate class of focus and self-awareness! with Stephanie Stephanie loves to help all levels in yoga. Come for some relaxing, stretching, balancing, and some soul nurturing! 9:30 am to 10:30 am
  • COREThis CORE class works more than just your abs! It targets your entire torso, including back, glutes and core muscles. A strong core leads to strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury.
