  • Rise & RideJoin our fun cycling classes to burn maximum calories while enjoying the benefits of low impact. Cycling is for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Instructors diversify their classes with interval training to get the heart rate up so you can burn more calories in less time and heavy resistance climbs to get those legs challenged with Tiffany 5:00 am to 6:00 am
  • Silver SneakersHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. TheSilver Sneakers Fitness program is an innovative program offered to members that are a group retiree, or part of a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Health plan, you may already have a Silver Sneakers membership. Take this group exercise class taught by instructors trained specifically in senior fitness. with Marcia Marcia is certified specifically in senior fitness to help you with all your needs! 8:30 am to 9:30 am 12 Member Limit
  • MixxedFitMixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about our fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best. In MixxedFit®, we work out to our favorite songs on the radio , then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging! Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. That way you can focus on getting lost in the music, rather than having to follow complicated dance steps. Whether you are nine or ninety-nine, the next Beyonce’ or have been sitting on your couch the last ten years — MixxedFit® is the place for you! with Kathleen Kathleen has a passion for dance and for making people smile! She loves to be outside, and loves to be around her husband and daughter!  She started out taking Zumba and Jam Fitness with Erica as a member and fell in love with dance and fitness.
