Brady MaricleTrainer

Brady’s fitness journey began when he started working with a Personal Trainer himself when he was 12 years old. Brady also grew up a three sport athlete(Football, Basketball, Track) He has battled through major sports injuries; shoulder surgery on each shoulder, ACL knee surgery and many more. These major injuries made him more focused on his physical health. Brady has now found a new love for fitness and nutrition. Being a 2016 graduate from Lebanon high school. Brady is a young, and very motivated trainer with lots of weight room/athlete experience; Brady’s number one focus is to help meet your fitness goals so he can be the best PT he can be. When Brady is out of the gym, he is a part time student at LBCC. Because of Brady’s motivation to be successful at his career, he rarely has free time. During the little free time he has. Brady enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, video games, and fun road trips with friends. Brady is very exited to begin or continue your fitness journey with you, so he can help you be the the best version of yourself that you can be!

Venessa Wood

Venessa earned a degree in Exercise Science from Washington State University in 2010. Her passion and knowledge for exercise physiology and biomechanics have played a major role in developing the skills necessary to create fun and functional exercises for a variety of populations. With an immense background in designing fast paced programming for youth, she promises to bring creativity and a level of challenge to her classes that will make fitness fun. Having two kids under the age of four, Venessa knows firsthand that making time for fitness and mustering up the energy can seem impossible. Venessa feels that high intensity interval training classes like Boot Camp are excellent because they allow for a great muscle sculpting, fat burning and metabolism boosting exercise in a short amount of time. “I am looking forward to sharing this fitness experience with you and seeing you reach your goals!”

Leah has a passion for fun, and she finds that in group exercise. As a long time member of the gym, she was inspired to take that step in being a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, and Mixxedfit Instructor. “One morning, many moons ago, I had a friend talk me into getting up at 4:30am to go to Zumba, and I have been hooked on group fitness every since! Being in a group class environment provides structure, support, relationships, and most definitely a few laughs and good times.” The motto she lives by is, “You’ll never regret it when you do it, but you’ll always regret it when you don’t”.

First off, I’m so excited YOU have an interest in health & fitness! I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years. I haven’t always had a love for fitness, in fact I was the complete opposite of fit. My love for food and the couch took over my life, while letting excuses take over. I found my love for exercise through Zumba fitness. It has changed my life completely for the better in so many ways. Not only will you meet amazing people through fitness but you will grow stronger, healthier and love yourself inside & out! Come try a class and let me help you reach your fitness goals!

My fitness journey started right here at the little gym here in Lebanon. I needed to lose 60-70lbs and I was tired of not being comfortable in my own skin. I started taking classes here and it wasn’t long till the gym members became my second family. I took all the classes and worked out downstairs for 3 years and it became just part of my lifestyle. After taking classes and keeping my weight off I was offered an instructing position just twice a week. At first I was very nervous and reluctant but decided I would like to help others the way I had been helped. I was already taking the classes so why not! My goal is for people to see anyone can make a lifestyle change and keep it off. Be persistent and never give up! There is no quick fix; this is not a diet but a lifestyle. I love our members and that is why I am here. My 5:00 am class is part of my gym family.
I have lived in Lebanon my entire life. I am very happily married and have 2 wonderful girls. I also work 3 days a week in Eugene. I am lab technician and assistant and make oral a facial prosthetics. I love both of my jobs or I call them hobbies. Both jobs help make me part of who I am today. I also enjoy playing soccer on a coed team in Corvallis, and coach little kid’s soccer with my husband. My last but not least other love is running. I run at least 20 miles a week. I feel very blessed to be a part of fitness 1440. Natalie
