It’s About More Than Just a Discount
If you’ve been around Fitness:1440 Lebanon for any length of time, you’ve probably noticed that we’re rarely
standing still. Whether we’re at community events, visiting local businesses, or meeting with organizations
throughout Lebanon, we’re always looking for ways to strengthen the community around us.
People often ask me how we decide who becomes a partner with Fitness:1440. The honest answer is that it
starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. I enjoy hearing why people started their business, what
motivates them, and what they hope to contribute to Lebanon. Those conversations remind me that we’re all
working toward the same goal: making our community stronger.
Finding Businesses That Share Our Values
Popularity isn’t what we’re looking for. Character is. Before we ever talk about a partnership, I ask myself:
Would I recommend this business to my own friends and family?
Do they genuinely care about their customers?
Do they take pride in their work?
Do they believe in giving back to Lebanon?
Can they offer something our members will truly appreciate?
If the answer is yes, then it’s worth exploring how we can work together.
Why the Member Value Program Exists
The Member Value Program was never meant to be another coupon booklet. My hope has always been that
it becomes a way for our members to discover businesses they may have overlooked while helping those
businesses connect with people who value shopping locally. Discounts are great, but the real value comes
from creating relationships that continue long after someone redeems an offer.
Supporting Local Creates a Ripple Effect
Many of the businesses we partner with are also supporting youth programs, sponsoring local events,
donating to nonprofits, employing local families, and investing back into Lebanon. When our members
choose to support those businesses, they’re helping create a healthier local economy and a stronger
community for everyone.
Looking Ahead
My goal is simple: continue building meaningful relationships that benefit our members and our neighbors. If
Fitness:1440 can introduce someone to their new favorite local business while helping that business grow,
then we’re accomplishing something much bigger than offering a discount..
